Hubert Auburn
Vice President & Secretary

Hu Auburn is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. He attended Michigan State University and graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1968 with a B. A. in Humanities. His one claim to fame as a collegiate is playing the cymbals in the Rose Bowl as part of the Michigan State Marching Band.

He attended Princeton Theological Seminary, graduating with a Master of Divinity degree in 1971. For four years he served as the associate Pastor at Northminster Presbyterian Church in Cincinnati. In August of 1975, he became the Senior Pastor of Bay Presbyterian Church in Bay Village, Ohio.

Under his leadership, Bay Presbyterian has begun the Bay Food Ministry, Bay Presbyterian Church Nursery School, Bethel Bible Series, the Stephen Ministry, an Evangelistic Calling program ("Good News" Teams), a Healing ministry, a Christian Counseling program, Sacred Music Series, a Special Needs Ministry, Kids' Church ® (an urban children's church-planting ministry), the Genesis Church Partnership between one of our choirs and six urban congregations, and global partnerships in Guatemala, Thailand, Papua New Guinea and Nigeria.

 

Julie Jones

Julie Jones is the Director of Urban Outreach at Bay Presbyterian Church encouraging members engagement in the city through partnerships. Her personal ministry is discipling children and their families in the city through New Light Church of the Nazarene. She has over 25 years of experience in the non-profit and higher education arenas. One of her passions is helping the Church become more and more the redemptive instrument that Christ intended her to be, and that means meeting populations such as special needs children that have traditionally not been reached by the Church.

 

Stephen Grcevich, MD
President

Dr. Steve Grcevich currently serves as President and Founder of The Family Center by the Falls, a multidisciplinary behavioral health group practice based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, exclusively devoted to serving children and families. He also serves as President of Key Ministry Foundation, a newly-formed, non-profit organization charged with assisting churches in the provision of outreach and support services to families of children with hidden disabilities. He is a faculty member of the Department of Psychiatry at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland.

Dr. Grcevich has published papers evaluating new stimulant medications for ADHD, and conducted research evaluating the safety and efficacy of atypical neuroleptics in children and adolescents. Dr. Grcevich was named “Psychiatrist of the Year” in 1998 by the Ohio Chapter of NAMI and was one of four child psychiatrists in North America to receive the Exemplary Psychiatrist Award from the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill at the 1999 American Psychiatric Association Annual Meeting in Washington, DC. 

 

Dr. Cara Marker Daily                

Dr. Cara Marker Daily is a pediatric psychologist and owner of Inner Health Ministries, a Christian behavioral health psychology practice.  She is also the founder and Executive Director of IHM Retreat Center.  She received her Ph.D. in School Psychology at the University of South Carolina, and completed an internship in Pediatric Psychology at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and a postdoctoral fellowship in Pediatric Psychology at The Children's Hospital at The Cleveland Clinic. 

Cara is a member of the Department of Pediatrics at Fairview Hospital and a member of the American Psychological Association, the Ohio Psychological Association, the Society of Pediatric Psychology, the American Association of Christian Counselors, and the Christian Association of Psychological Studies.

 

Dave McKee
Treasurer

Dave McKee is a graduate of Wittenberg University and received his MBA from the University of Denver. Dave started his career with Arthur Andersen & Co., specializing in international taxation. He founded and grew a business from start-up to 14 office locations when he sold to a company based in the U.K. Dave is an active member of the World Presidents Organization (WPO) where he sits on the executive committee, and he is a C.P.A. holding membership in A.I.C.P.A. and Colorado C.P.A. organizations

 

Ed Moore

Ed Moore is the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of RPM International Inc.  RPM is a multinational holding company with subsidiaries that manufacture and market high-performance coatings, sealants and specialty chemicals.  Its consumer brands include Rust-Oleum, DAP and Testors and its industrial brands include Tremco, Stonhard and Day-Glo.  RPM's headquarters are located in Medina, Ohio and its shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange.                                      

                                                                           

Ed is a member of Bay Presbyterian Church and a leader in a ministry called Kids Church which provides a weekly church service to children on the near west side of Cleveland.  Ed received his B.A. from Miami University (Ohio) and J.D. from Case Western Reserve University where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Law Review.  He and his wife, Kimberley, have three grown children and live in Bay Village, Ohio. 

 

Charlie Waldorff

Charlie Waldorff is an Operating Partner in Glengary LLC, a venture catalyst enterprise. As a partner in Glengary, Charlie works with companies to provide services in the areas of strategic planning and execution, product development, computer technology, and business operations.  Charlie is also a managing partner in Wellspring Consulting, which  provides a business consulting services in the areas of strategic planning, product and service development, computer technology and business operations.

Charlie is active within the community, contributing significant time to church and youth sports activities.  Charlie, his wife and two children attend Fellowship Bible Church and reside in Bainbridge, Ohio.

 

Katie Wetherbee

As a former special education teacher, Katie Wetherbee has always enjoyed working with children who have special needs. However, it was her experience as the mother of a special needs child herself that made her passionate about supporting parents, too. Katie is co-owner of Hope Educational Consulting, a firm that provides guidance to parents of exceptional children. Katie completed her undergraduate work at Vanderbilt University, where she majored in Special Education and Human & Organizational Development. She holds a master's degree in education from Hood College, where she served on the adjunct faculty for the Reading Specialist program.

Katie began her teaching career in the Washington, DC, area working at a public school. She has worked in a variety of settings, including a hospital, a community college, and most recently, as the director of a learning center. She and her husband are the proud parents of two children, and live in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
